1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return

- Items must be in their original, unused condition, including packaging, tags, and labels.
- Items must not be installed, altered, or damaged.
- Bathroom fixtures and products that have been customized or personalized are non-returnable unless defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number.
- The product(s) you wish to return.
- A brief description of the reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you return instructions. Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product received). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns at our discretion (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition).
- Exclusions: Gift cards, clearance, and final sale items are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at admin@himiva.xyz with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Used or installed items.
- Personal care products (such as bath mats, towels, etc.), once opened or used.
- Custom-made or special order products.
